GENERAL TERMS
All prices subject to change without notice.
A $25.00 minimum order is required.
Prices are F.O.B. Bellwood, Illinois, unless otherwise specified. Foreign import duties and exchange rates, if any, are additional.
Terms: Net 30 days.
RETURN POLICY
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Shamrock’s numbered return authorization form must accompany all merchandise returned. You may request a return authorization by phone at 800-323-0249 or by email at customerservice@shamrocklabels.com.
Defective Merchandise
Should any Shamrock product prove to be defective, a claim for return must be placed within 60 days of shipment. Products shown to be defective and returned within this period will be replaced.
Stock Items
No return of stock items will be accepted after six months. A 15% restocking charge is imposed on return of all stock items. Returned stock items must be in saleable condition when returned.
Custom Items
Custom orders may not be returned.
QUANTITIES
Over runs or under runs, not to exceed 10% of quantities ordered, will constitute acceptable delivery.
PLATE CHARGES
Due to natural deterioration of printing plates, and in order to provide only top-quality products, Shamrock must remake its plates every three years. If an order is not placed within that time, a new plate charge must be made upon receipt of the next order.
