Regional Account Manager

Job Description

To be an Account Manager for the respective regional Customer Care group and set an example for the team on how to represent the Shamrock brand and provide exemplary service to every customer in an effort to drive sales growth. The Regional Account Manager must have knowledge of customer service principals, ability to work well with outside sales teams, and be motivated to gain knowledge regarding Shamrock Labels products.

Required Education and Experience

High School diploma, general education degree or equivalent (college degree preferred); Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, relevant computer applications, including all Microsoft Office programs; highly organized.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, via phone and email, to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Build strong customer relationships to both maintain existing customer accounts, as well as acquire new customers.
  • Responds to escalation requests as first point of contact, analyzes escalation, and resolves to satisfaction.
  • Act as customer’s central point of contact, to centralize any and all requests so that the customer experience is top notch from day one.
  • Works with graphics, production, and shipping leads to ensure that customer requests are handled properly and timely.
  • Communicates frequently with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and assists with sales related tasks and activities.
  • Aids RSM in follow up on quotes, contracts, and other sales tools as needed and assigned.
  • Contacts potential customers to create sales leads for RSM.
  • Contacts existing customers to solicit reorders of frequently ordered products.
  • Collect and analyze customer product and order history data to predict order patterns and be able to notice and address changes promptly.

The Warehouse picker packer will collect finished good rolls of label material from set inventory shelves. They will then be packed accordingly in corrugated boxes, sealed and processed for delivery.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Taking orders regarding customer requirements.
  • Picking out goods that are requested by customers.
  • Ensuring that the goods are packed properly and has the right address attached.
  • Ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
  • Making sure that all the goods are stocked in an organized manner so as to save time and increase ease of work.
  • Maintain records of availability of goods.
  • Work with different departments to ensure that the warehouse does not run out of goods.
  • Keep track of stocks received from various sources.
  • Ensure high quality of merchandise and accuracy of item request to be sent.

Slitter/Rewinder Operator

Sets up and operates equipment to slit and rewind pressure sensitive label paper.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Reads job order and gathers needed cores, printed/die-cut master rolls of material
  • Loads master rolls of printed materials onto unwind shaft
  • Positions blades to slit multi-lane rolls of printed materials into individual rolls of finished goods
  • While operating equipment, inspects products for imperfections, abnormalities or other quality issues
  • Retains samples of finished product in job jacket

  • Demonstrate excellent responsiveness and follow through on customer requests
  • Obtain and evaluate all necessary information to answer customer product inquiries
  • Provide pricing and updates on expected shipment schedule
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process stock and custom orders, per company protocol
  • Edit orders entered and prepare for internal distribution
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Direct requests & unresolved issues to appropriate resources
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Record details of customer requests and resulting actions taken on behalf of customers
  • Build and maintain customer database
  • Exhibit good teamwork by coordinating with other internal departments
  • Provide feedback on areas for improvement in departmental processes
  • Provide product consultations
