As GM and CFO, Dave is responsible for the core business of both Shamrock Labels operations – Bellwood, Illinois and Orange, California, including but not limited to financials, manufacturing, human resources and facilities management. During his tenure, Dave has worked hard to improve Shamrock’s operating performance through the implementation of new procedures, new technologies and improvements to the business infrastructure while ensuring that our valued and loyal customers continue to be a priority for our team. Dave attended Northern Illinois University where he earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and his Master’s degree in Business Administration. Shirin has come a long way since beginning her career at Shamrock Labels as a Customer Service Representative in early 2000. Her customer focused attitude has contributed to the development of an inside Customer Service team that is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Shirin has also brought a fresh perspective into the way Shamrock works with customers, bringing them quality and value, on terms that allow customers to reduce costs and better manage inventory levels. Shirin earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Purdue University and her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Loyola University – Chicago. At home, Shirin enjoys gardening, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her fiancé, children, and two Yorkies.

Bob joined the Shamrock team in Feb 2017 bringing to the organization 20+ years of experience in the printing industry. As the Shop Manager at Shamrock, he is responsible for overseeing production for both the Illinois and California facilities as well as identifying and exploring process and quality improvements. Bob’s goal is to lead the manufacturing teams effectively with a focus on Shamrock exceeding our customer’s expectations when it comes to the creation of better product for our customers in a timely and cost effective manner.

As Accounting Manager, Nicole is responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of operations within the accounting department. Nicole manages the Accounting Team and works directly with the CFO on matters concerning Human Resources, generating financial statements and general operations. Nicole began her career at Shamrock in June of 2000 in the Customer Service Department. After working in every position within the Customer Service Department and helping to launch the original Shamrock website, she was then tasked with the honor of being a specialist for customers in need of ISBT128 blood bank label standardization assistance. When not at work Nicole enjoys hiking nature trails and going to the park with her husband and daughter.

Tony spent his first seven years with Shamrock as an Outside Sales Consultant, focusing on providing his customers with the best service while building long-lasting relationships. His customers loved his quick responsiveness and his willingness to do whatever they asked. In 2014, Tony earned an opportunity to become the National Sales Manager, sharing his experiences and best practices with the rest of the Shamrock Outside Sales team. Tony’s strong work ethic is an example of how hard he and his entire team will continue to look for ways to improve on our existing service levels. Tony is an alumnus of University of Illinois at Chicago. He has a wife and one daughter. Casey has over a decade of experience in the flexographic printing industry. Casey is experienced in operating multiple flexographic printing presses to convert paper and synthetic materials, also including flat-back tapes. Casey is also experienced and capable of leading production operations; including typesetting plates, formulating standard to customized inks, customizing dies for particular orders. Casey is an invaluable resource for recommending materials to meet any customer’s need and he places a high level of importance on quick turn-around times to drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
